Yes, I am still letting the body adjust to weights below 200. Looks like I’ll miss a goal for the first time this year, but I’ve decided to let it rest at the 198 weight rather than pushing the metabolism where it does not yet want to go. Giving it another month ought to do it, then it is on to 196. It may not seem that a 12 pound loss against a base of 210 would be a big deal, but it is. Feeling much better than you would think by a 5% loss, all done without the normal hassles of other diets. Just eating real food properly consumed.
