The Slow Diet, cont'd

Last month I told you about my slow weight loss plan — set nominal monthly weight loss goals, eat a sensible but not a deprivation diet, and allow your body time to adjust to those incremental weight losses. So far, so good. I have hit every monthly goal of losing 1.5 lbs per month, and I’ve got to tell you, it has been pleasant and easy and the rewards of carrying less weight are wonderful. I am halfway there — 9 pounds lost, 9 to go as I pass the midway mark for the year.
