Grassfed Improves Health In One Month

The British Journal of Nutrition released study results recently showing that in the short period of one month, young healthy adults who consumed only moderate amounts of grass-fed meats improved their ratio of Omega 3/Omega 6 fatty acids compared to those eating grain-fed meats. Specifically, the ratio was 1 to 6 for grass-fed, 1 to 13 for grain-fed, not counting the CLAs and essential vitamins and minerals added.  If that can be accomplished in one month, imagine the effect on our long term health in a lifetime of eating real food, clean and fresh.
