Tenderloin Medallions

Some of you find “medallions” in your cooler and wonder where it comes from. It’s the tenderloin (sometimes referred to as the filet mignon). One of the best cuts of meat from the beeve and in medallion form, especially quick in the cooking process. Follow the same procedure that the cookbook suggests for steaks and chops but not nearly as long in the cooking. Magnifique!!

Your Jolie Vue shopping bag is finally delivered - it was supposed to be in your Christmas delivery as a special thank you, but we waited too long to get it ordered and the Christmas rush crushed it. It apparently took the manufacturer some time to recover from the holidays because we only got them in time for this delivery. Anyway, enjoy them while you save the environment from plastic or paper bags on your shopping trips whether to the farmers market or the grocer.
