Thinner Cuts But Same Weight

We have always cut our steaks and porterhouse chops to a 1 inch thickness. But thinner cuts have recently struck us as tastier and quicker/easier to cook. So we have ordered our butchers to make these cuts half as thick but put 2 per package so you will get the same volume of meat while getting twice as many. Frankly, even as a 200 pounder, I had a hard time eating all of these thicker meats at one sitting, so I assume you will enjoy having something more manageable as well as twice as many of each for dinner.
