A New Cut

Coming soon to your front porch, the pork belly steak. We are cutting the slab of pork belly that comes off of the rib cage into fry-able/grillable steaks. You’re going to like it and it also has the virtue of joining the quick and easy group of cuts we always are looking for to accommodate the busy schedules of our members. Just cut it into two or more pieces, throw it in a skillet or even better on your outdoor grill (the grill also keeps your summer kitchen cool while reducing the cleanup after dinner).
