- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. thyme or rosemary
- ¼ tsp. powdered ginger
- Mix all ingredients except the olive oil in a small bowl.
- Rub olive oil on the lamb. Then rub the seasoning mix onto the lamb.
